RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We're happy to return or exchange your Loome products. Items returned or exchanged must be in like-new condition within 30 days of the purchase date unless the item was damaged or defective.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You will be responsible for the cost of your return or exchange shipment. Returns will be refunded less shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


REFUNDS
(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES, CUSTOMS & TAXES

We ship internationally to almost every country, the shipping rate is calculated at check-out depending on the weight and country. Please note that additional custom duties and taxes may be levied by each country to you for delivery. We recommend inquiring with your country's postal service if you have concerns about these fees.
Additionally, to avoid possible duties and taxes, we recommend ordering from any of our retail partners in your country. These stores are listed here.
