100% American wool. This icon of American craft yarn, Germantown was developed in Philadelphia in the early 1800s. The name Germantown is synonymous with a good quality worsted yarn. Germantown is made in the US using 100% US grown wool.
This yarn makes amazing pom poms of any sizes and density. The yarn can also be used to knit and Melbourne Woolens pom pom hats (see patterns in the description below) - you only need one skein for it!
